DEPOSITS

All in salon bookings require a 20% deposit. All Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but will convert into a credit for future bookings. Failure to give 48 hours notice of booking changes/cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

New installation of extensions requires a 50% deposit to secure the booking. All new extension clients must come in for a consultation prior to their booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice for any changes made to your booking. Less than 48 hours notice given will result in a loss of your deposit.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and offer it to a client on our waiting list. We confirm appointments a week in advance, to remind you of this appointment. If you haven’t confirmed within the 48 hours we have the right to cancel your appointment.

No shows and on the day cancellations will be charged 50% of their booking fee.

REVISIONS

We do not offer refunds on services or products. If you have any concerns within 48 hours of your appointment, we will arrange a complimentary revision. Any concerns made after 7 days of your booking will be charged as a new appointment.

PRICING

We use a tiered pricing system depending on your stylists experience. Our price list is a guide only. You will be quoted prior to the commencement of your service or during a consultation appointment, which can be booked through our booking system.
